I gave a tutorial on Snakemake to my colleagues at the Battle Lab. Along with describing Snakemake’s functionaligy and its syntax, I showed how to run Snakemake on a SLURM cluster(MARCC). I also created a template github repository with necessary files, examples and instructions.
